Alright. Alright.
I figured I'd better make a new entry. Before atleast one person goes on a campaign over it or something :)
So, what've I been up to ? Well, I'm still pregnant. Just. 39 and a half weeks. I tell you, I can't wait for this baby to get the hint, and vacate. Due to the gestational diabetes though, I know he'll be born within a week, because if he's not born by two days from now, they're going to induce me. Oh the joy! But, it'll be over! And I'll finally be able to see what my new little baby looks like !
Anyway, enough about that.
What else is new? Hrm .. well we got Piper's new glasses. They're these funky kind that are made to twist and bend in weird angles, and are extra durable. Good for 6 year olds. Given it's her fourth pair. And she's loving school. Thank god!
What else .. Oh, I got a new phone :) I finally got the Motorola V3 I've been after only since LAST august! It's Very pretty n silver.
Jaelyn's still being her rambunctious self. Cheeky as ever. Growing like a weed. Her hair has well and truely hit the "strictly wash and wear" stage. She's hit the 'damn, I should've been a boy!" stage with her antics. Climbing, throwing herself about etc. The only "gurlish" think she does or wants, is her hair to be brushed. She's an oddball, but she's cute.
In other news, about three weeks ago I was nominated to become an Ircop on DALnet where I've been chatting online for the last ten years. I'm glad to say that a week and a half ago, I was approved. And as of about an hour ago, I passed all my training. Look out DALnet! :)
Tax time! Let me just say, I'm not one of those that cringes at the idea of tax time. This year, I got a NICE return. Mick didn't, and I have to use some of mine for his, but that's not the point. I still got a nice return. So we went and FINALLY bought a new washing machine. Let me tell you, I was relieved. Our old one, died the week before. I mean, really kicked it. Previously it'd been barely washing. This time, it wouldn't rinse/wring out etc.
I also used the money to get my new phone. And Mick bought me a nice treat. He bought me a Nintendo DS. Complete with Nintendogs, and a funkay poker game.
Let me just say this about Nintendogs.
STUPID DUMB AMNESIAC ANIMALS!
And I'm going to leave it at that. I think that phrase explains it all.
The poker game however, I've kicked arse in! I Love poker! Probably why we're waiting for the delivery of our 11.5g poker chips! And Mahjong ! I love that too. And we're waiting on the delivery of our Mahjong set too. Both at fantastically cheap prices. I love it when Mick goes shopping online :)

Hrmm. Nope, I think that's it for now.
I'm sure though, that if I think of something else, I can blog about it when i wake up inevitably around 3:30 am, like I do every night lately. Atleast this time, it's not house work I'll be doing :)

Hooray! No more pregnancy! Congratulations and all the serious stuff as well of course :)
As for poker, I'm always up for a game if you need another player, let me know. And when you're right to travel, let me know and I'll invite you to the next one I'm having.

Well, i'm still pregnant atm lol.
But, that will be over by Saturday. I'm booked in for 8am. Thank christ !
